Refund policy

At Deculture, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, stained, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at dcunfolding@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 to 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
