Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Deculture. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 Business days. 

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 Business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

Domestic & International Shipping.
We currently ship to addresses within Nigeria and internationally to select countries. If you are an international customer, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Deculture is not responsible for these additional charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Deculture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will assist you by providing all relevant shipping information to help you locate your package.
